Join us for an exclusive evening as we unveil the architectural marvel of our newest library in Donelson. This intimate gathering on Friday, May 10, from 7 to 9 pm invites you to mingle amidst the innovative new space while enjoying libations from our circulation desk bar. See the library as it will never be seen again and hear from the designers and architects who brought it to life.
Featured speakers from Hastings Architecture and the interior designer will discuss the evolution of the branch, a journey that was shaped by the community’s engagement, from the design process and up to the finishing touches. You will see the library building before it’s filled with books and furniture and have the unique opportunity to go behind the scenes where the public will never be allowed in again. The architects and designer behind this new building will be available for questions and personal tours, in addition to a formal presentation.
Funds from this event will directly benefit the community using the Donelson Branch Library (through the Nashville Public Library Foundation). Complimentary drinks will be served.
