Rachel joined NPLF in early 2024. She has over 15 years of professional experience, serving 9 years in the field of accounting and 7 years as an educator. Rachel previously served as the operations manager for a local nonprofit as well as the assistant operations manager for a growing integrated supplier. She enjoys working with nonprofits and spent a portion of her career as a multi-client nonprofit accounting specialist. She also spent time as an auditor. During this time, she audited several nonprofit organizations. Rachel is an alumni of, both, Lipscomb University and Western Governors University.

Raised by a teacher, Rachel fell in love with the library as a young child. Later, she shared this love with her children. Fond memories were made within the walls of local libraries across multiple states. These memories will be treasured for years to come.

Rachel and her husband, Michael reside in Nashville, TN and have four children. Rachel is an active member of her church where she enjoys leading small groups. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys watching a good movie, writing, and spending time with friends and family.
