Kristi joined NPLF in the fall of 2022 after several years as a consultant to the Foundation. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Kristi earned invaluable nonprofit experience as executive director of the Mackinac Island Community Foundation in her home state of Michigan before pivoting to devote her career to design and marketing. As an award-winning independent creative professional, Kristi has decades of experience serving clients in the nonprofit, political, and commercial sectors. After moving to Nashville with her husband and two small children, Kristi’s first favorite memories are of time spent together at the Main Library. Library programming has been a connective thread through her children’s school days, and she is thrilled for the opportunity to share stories of its impact to power NPL.
