Pushups + Prosecco is teaming up with Next Chapter Society and Diskin Cider to bring you a beginner-friendly workout class with 100% of proceeds benefitting the Nashville Public Library Foundation! NPLF funds, advocates, and amplifies the Nashville Public Library to power literacy, life skills, and connection for all. Tickets are donation-based, meaning you can pay what you wish (suggested minimum donation of $10).
Leading the workout class is Erika Proctor, Next Chapter Society council member and Owner of Pushups + Prosecco (voted “Best Bachelorette Workout” by Nashville Fit Magazine and “Best Bachelorette Activity” runner up by the Nashville Scene). After the class, unwind with a cider, snacks, and mingle with fellow book and library-lovers!
About the workout class:
Together, we’ll move through a 45-minute circuit-based strength workout that hits every major muscle group. You can expect to work your upper body, lower body, plus dedicated circuits to target glutes and abs. This workout is beginner-friendly, and we’ll bring modifications so you can crank things up (or down!) along the way.
Expect to get your heart rate up, sweat a little, recharge, and leave feeling balanced and ready to take on the rest of your weekend. We’ll bring modifications for all fitness levels, and we’re fully supportive if you’re really only coming for the cider at the end… Note: Attendees will receive 10% off flagship ciders!
Note: Attendees must be 21+.
What to bring:
Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water! Don’t own a yoga mat? Don’t sweat it — Just send us a message and we’ll bring an extra one for you.
What to wear:
Workout clothes that you’re comfortable moving in! No sneakers necessary.
Where the workout is happening:
At the Diskin Cider tasting room located at 1235 Martin St. Nashville, TN 37203. See the parking map below.
